BABY BOOM UK LIMITED was declared insolvent on Monday 6th November 2006 on legal advice received by Insolvency Practitioners, our own Accountants & Solicitors.

The company ceased trading, enforced staff redundancies & vacated it's business premises with immediate effect.

BABY BOOM UK LIMITED issued full written formal statements of insolvency status (letters dated 9th November 2006) to all Creditors, Suppliers and Customers (In-Store and On-Line).

We are deeply regretful of this situation (after having traded for over 10 years) & offer our most sincere apologies.

The BABY BOOM DIRECT Email Address(es) and Telephone Lines have not been accessed since 6th November as both the ISP and BT have closed down the business accounts. Again we are very sorry for lack of communication.
